ONLINE ORDERS:

• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They usually left at house`s doorstep.

• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to my private address for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let me know and I'll provide you the address.

House Rules:

-NO Parties over 8 people in the house;

-Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 8am;

-One time pet fee: $100 /per pet.

Pets MUST be well trained and do not use property furniture.

-Private Jacuzzi heating service must be ordered in advance - paid separately;

-Grill cleaning fee must be ordered in advance - paid separately;

PET RULES:

-Maximum of 2 pets - Pet fee is one time payment.

-Pets are not allowed to sleep over beds or sofa - pets must sleep on their own beds.

-Pets must be well trained. No pee or poop inside property. Extra charges may apply for infractions.

-Please always pickup waste.

-Pet bowls in kitchen.

-To avoid damages in furniture, doors or carpet we strongly suggest pets remain in crates while you`re out. Extra charges may apply for infractions.

Airbnb Info Hosts and guests should be aware that if the listing is located outside of New York or California:

- Guests should inform their Hosts before booking that they have an Emotional Support Animal

- Hosts can charge pet fees for Emotional Support Animals

- If the animal is deemed to be out of control (Examples include incessant barking or jumping on people), action may be taken on the guest account.
